Last Wednesday night I ventured out to take my first Dabble class: Self-reflexology for Stress Relief. I had no idea what to expect. I thought we’d learn a few special pressure points, some techniques for relieving headaches and such, and then I’d be on my way. I guess I thought it would be inconsequential, just a random and different experience to write about. Umm nope. Guys, I was blown away by how much I got out of this class…
I’ll admit, this has to be one of the weirder things I’ve done since starting my Be Creative project… and when I heard I was the ONLY ONE who signed up, it officially became the weirdest thing I’ve done so far. Guys, I was miles from my comfort zone… I couldn’t even see my comfort zone anymore. This meant I couldn’t just hide in the back of the class and take notes (and by notes I mean instagrams). BUT I set out this month to have more diverse experiences. This was my opportunity to embrace that wholeheartedly… or pretend I was sick or maybe my car had a flat tire, you don’t know! It could! But I didn’t make up any excuses. I went and I’m SO glad I did.
