These ideas will make your spring entertaining a breeze, whether you’re hosting a get-together, heading to book club or sitting on the porch with pals. Mixology isn’t for everyone, so we wanted to make this as DIY as possible… no measuring, no fuss! Eyeball it and enjoy.

1. Cucumber Cooler 

Gin + fresh cucumber, apple cider, cranberry juice.

2. The Michelada

Mexican Beer (Modelo is the house choice at Dabble HQ) + tomato juice, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce of your choosing, fresh lime for garnish.

3. Mint Julep

Bourbon + fresh mint, mint simple syrup, crushed ice, powdered sugar (optional). Spring for the fancy julep cups if you can—they’ll keep things frosty!

4. Sneaky Tequila 

Tequila, Coconut Rum, Peach Schnapps (yes, all three, hence the “sneaky” part) + pineapple juice, cranberry juice, fresh pineapple and cherry for garnish.
