IMG_0335Welcome back to Super Dabbler! This series highlights a Dabbler who has taken a lot of Dabble classes and caught up with them to find out what inspires them to keep Dabbling.

Sharon Burch has taken 12 Dabble classes! That’s a lot of trying something new!

Sharon is perpetually inquisitive, always interested in trying new things, and improving herself….mentally, physically, and spiritually.

How did you find out about Dabble? Why do you love Dabbling? A friend mentioned to me a couple years ago. It is fun to check out new things, learn a new skill and make some friends.

Finish this sentence, “When I’m not Dabbling, you can find me… Walking around Chicago Neighborhoods, admiring the architecture, wandering around street festivals or checking out new restaurants with my foodie friends.

What has been your favorite Dabble class? I enjoyed every class I have taken but Bachata dance lesson, law of attraction class, Life of Yes are the ones that come to mind as most memorable.

What would you like to Dabble in? Wine tasting, floral arranging, how to order sushi, acupuncture meditation, furniture restoration, meditation, more dance classes.

What is something you learned in the last week? Be more comfortable with a couple beats of silence between the question and my answer.

What are your superpowers? Organized, methodical, bargain hunter, very empathetic and a good listener

If we came over for dinner what would you prepare for us? BBQ chicken, potato salad, quinoa salad, fresh strawberries with French vanilla yogurt and Brewster’s iced tea. (mmm…BBQ chicken, now there’s a Dabble class that needs to happen!)

A little known fact about yourself? I like 70’s muscle cars and enjoy driving a manual transmission (outside city limits).

What is your favorite place to travel to? Union Pier, Michigan …only an hour away but feels like another world.

If you could get anyone to teach a Dabble class, who would it be and what would you want to learn from them? Drew & Jonathan, the property brothers….how to evaluate run down homes, gut and rehab them. (Photo by HGTV)
